Well, only 9 months and 9 days left until summer vacation!  Haha.  First day of middle school at the BA house.  Tman is off looking handsome and breaking his mom's heart - again.  I hope everything goes fantastically for him.  I can't wait to see him tonight and hopefully hear how much he enjoyed his first day. 

He's off tomorrow for the jr high "advance" which is like a quick retreat at a camp.  He will be back Friday afternoon.  That will be it for his camping until the end of October, I think.  

I'm at work.  There is a stack of stuff here for me to do, so it should go by kind of fast. 

I left the dogs out today for a trial.  Sadie is usually shut up in our bedroom and Gunner in his cage, but they can't protect our house much like that and it's sad.    We have tried leaving them out for a couple hours at a time and besides the occasional #2 when we come back, everything has been in order.  So, today is a long day trial.  Fingers crossed.

georgeharrison, he looks so grown up! I bet he will have a great first day. DD doesn't go back until next Wednesday.

I'm still ridiculously bummed about the job thing. Trying to keep my head up and focus on the fact that I have a great position currently with some great fringe benefits...it's just hard. I'm disappointed that we talk about promoting from within but they went external purely because experience. I need to get over it and keep going, but I also think it's OK to be bummed out for a bit.

I walked down to Met Market and definitely didn't get a healthy breakfast. I shouldn't be hungry for lunch at this rate, but could use a nap.

Our pending new puppy is helpful (and stressful - not looking forward to potty training). She's a white chiweenie, min-pin mix.

Morning. Came in early to cover for boss in AM meeting today. It was LONG! Lots about admissions.... wooo..

Hair apt tonight, Class tomorrow, med apt, scentsy party and a pole workshop Friday, Two pole workshops saturday and class again sunday. Trying to keep myself busy with D being gone this weekend. Also class on Monday for a change and then tuesday and then Thursday again. Wow.. Lots of pole in my future. NBD! Love it!

Caught up on work so far for the morning. No new admits or residents to meet with so I guess that is good. Maybe a fam member today coming in.

Heading to the doc in a little bit. This week is study week since our clinics are pretty much closed. I could use some motivation my way please.

I was really bummed after finding out I didn't get that job yesterday but she said she sent my information to another manager because she thinks I would be a great asset. I emailed that manager last night and she wrote me back today saying she will call for an interview next week! Please cross your fingers I get this. I want to stay there so much and 2 if my friends from class work there as well!

I'm happy to not have anywhere to go today. Aj is doing better and wasn't burning up in the middle of the night when he woke up which was a big relief.

I was kind of hoping Aj would be moving up in clothes size as i'm tired of the same couple of things every day, but looks like since he has thinned out quite a bit his 18 month clothes still fit him just fine. Sigh.

i'm also loving the cooler weather. We haunt really gotten any rain yet but i'll cheer for it when it shows up

not much going on today, nothing planned today which is kinda nice.. the next few days are gonna be busy with adventures.

I watched the vma clips of britney. She's still got it! would love to see her in Vegas.

It will be! I love my pole class its seriously the best. We have the best community in our studio, its so supportive and full of love and it makes me feel great about myself. I embrace my sexy bad self and I have met some really great people.

Thank you! We have to get approval to schedule from the state so I am just in limbo. That is not helping me be motivated!

Thank you! He totally felt the same way and finally got something this year. I bet you will too but I know how soul sucking job hunting is!
