I lost the crap I gained back last week (I'm guessing it was all pre-period bloating and crap) so I'm back to 6 pounds lost, which isn't bad considering I couldn't exercise most of the week. I'm nursing a sprained foot currently so I'm not able to do too much right now.
Still staying on track with the eating healthy and exercise and tracking through SP.
I read a great article about cheat days and it brought up a good point that you may be using cheat days to COMPLETELY go nuts and that's not a good thing. I know I've been doing this. I'll tell myself it's a cheat day so there's nothing I can't eat, like if I'm going to do it, I might as well do it up proud. That could be dismantling my efforts for a six pack...

Well...I've never participated in the challenege, but seeing as this morning I saw a number on the scale that I haven't seen in almost 2 years? That made me happy. I've dropped a few pounds in the past week due to the pit in my stomach and really no appetite. it's actually a shitty feeling and I hate it. I also haven't felt like this for this long in almost 2 years either. Ugh.

Meh. I ate reasonably well this week. Didn't drink too much. But it was in between sessions at my dance studio AND softball got rained out, so I didn't work out much (only yoga and some dance stuff yesterday). Scale hasn't budged (as usual).
I weighed myself yesterday despite the fact that I only went to the gym twice last week and went to the State Fair and ate a lot of fried food, had dinner and drank a ton of water that I am keeping (periods today) and I was 2 lbs lighter!!! So far since July I lost 13 lbs (and surely more) by doing exercise and eating right but not restricting myself at all.
