I'm second guessing my FP plan for Epcot...And I know ilikedonuts is sick of me harassing her about them (she's the best, FYI!), so someone here validate me! More than anything, I've decided I hate tiered FPs. I book on Saturday, so I need to just decide already.
Important info: Our day at Epcot will be EMH, so rope drop is at 8 not 9, and I assume the park will be 1/2 as busy that first hour as it will be the rest of the day. I have an 8:05 reservation at Akerhaus (I fucked that up, I know) that I'm 99% sure I'm going to cancel regardless of what I choose here. I have three girls, huge Frozen fans. The little one is also too little for the bigger rides, so rider swap will come into play. WWYD:
1. FP Frozen for all 4 of us (DH, me, older girls, DD3 comes too). That leaves braving the lines at Test Track and Soarin (presumably at rope drop). We will rider swap both. Singles line for TT isn't an option as the older ones aren't old enough to ride alone. Epcot is day 1 of our trip. Based on some of the disboards post, it is likely that any FEA FP will be a late afternoon one at this point.
2. FP Soarin for me and DD1. DH and DD2 get on through rider swap. FP Test Track for DH and DD2. Me and DD1 get on through rider swap. We get 2 of the 3 Tier 1 rides on FP. Then we brave the lines at Frozen, prob right at rope drop. This is what I'd planned to do, but now have a bee in my bonnet that they may push the opening of FEA back to 11 like the rest of World Showcase at some point between now and November. Am I being crazy? (This is why I should just stay here and not stray to other boards....)
Is there any conceivable scenario where I can get all three rides in reasonably and still keep the breakfast reservation. We have reservations at CRT, so if not I'm not overly concerned. I have a Garden Grill reservation for dinner that night. We will only be keeping one of Akerhaus or Garden Grill regardless.
I would rope drop FEA and FP+ the other two. I really don't think they'll move to a 11am opening, the ride is already a long wait and it would just make the lines even worse.

I would drop or change the Akershus. I would not keep an 8:05 if people are getting in at 8.
I think I would FP FEA given that it seems the most important and it is new and a bit unpredictable.
I think you should have a minimal wait at Soarin if you go there at RD. I would get your rider swap and then use the rider swap ticket before your Garden Grill dinner. After the first Soarin ride I would head to Test Track.
I don't have any idea what crowds are like in November, but for whatever it's worth: we were there 2 weeks ago and waited 25 minutes in the stand-by line for Frozen at 11am on a Thursday with morning EMH.

We were at Epcot two weeks ago, I had NO fast passes lined up. That morning I did Figment and I found a FP for Frozen at 5pm. The ride at that time had a 2 hour wait standby and we waited about 15 minutes in the FP lane.
