The congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute has a bunch of scholarship and fellowship opportunities. I applied to a couple while I was still in school. chci.org
For those seeking masters or doctoral degrees in behavioral health, SAMHSA has a fellowship program (that I also applied to). www.samhsa.gov/minority-fellowship-program

I was placed in corporate internships with Inroads through college and got my first full-time job thanks to those internships. They offered lots of professional development workshops as well.
A Better Chance program is a scholarship program for middle and high school students who want to attend private prep schools. My SIL's H (I call him my BIL for short) went through this program and met SIL at prep school. My BFF and two of my former roommates in HS were also a part of ABC (one from CA, one from NY). If anyone has questions I can ask them for you. My BIL went to an HBCU so he's had a wide range of experiences, same as my DH.
Great idea! The main programs people I know have used are Inroads, SEO (sponsors for educational opportunity), the Robert Toigo foundation and The Consortium. As the others have been listed above, the link for the consortium is cgsm.org. it's for prospective MBA students.
