I'm good! I'm still around! I've been doing really well for the past several months. I started weightwatchers and started exercising. I've lost 82 lbs since January! Making changes towards being healthier physically has had a HUGE impact on my mental health. I still go to counseling twice a month. I haven't had a drink since December 31st and I stopped counting how long it's been since I last cut. I'm finally starting to see my worth and have confidence in myself! I met an amazing man and we've been dating for the past couple of months. Overall, I'm on a great path and am feeling awesome!
