I don't go here, but found some of the recent threads, that I think have prompted this one, via CEP. I would suggest taking a look at the articles in the reading list rugbywife  and @kirkette posted in another thread, as a reference (c&p below). And/or do some lurking and reading on CEP as well. 

(hat tip rugbywife and kirkette for these lists, and no exclusion intended for references shared by others - these were two that caught my eye personally, and ones I wanted to bookmark for my reference.
