Has anyone done this with their kids?  DD wants to do the mermaid makeover on our next trip.  If you've done it, what did you think?

We did the mermaids last time at 3 & 6, they loooooved it! I'll see if I can find a pic.

Yes, DS is 5 and he loved it. They did the make up, gave him a pirate name and he had to recite an oath. DD went to the bippity boppity boutique and had fun, but seemed more excited to hear about the pirates league from her brother.

Thanks everyone. Did they do a parade? That part sounds fun. Last trip DD went to the BBB, but she wants to try something new this time. my husband thinks I'm crazy, but I'm encouraging her to do both (on 2 different days).

I don't remember them telling us about a parade. After he was finished, we left pretty quickly because we had to get to a FP in another part of MK.

If anyone is interested in another, less expensive option, DS and his friend had their faces painted at the kiosk near Space Mountain last trip. One a superhero and one Cinderella. I think they were $16 each and they didn't need an appt. There was obviously no parade though and no costume.
