Dd is almost three months. She has full head control and does not want to sit anymore. When we sit her on our laps, she arches her back until we stand her up. Could we put her in one of those excersaucer things? Or is she still too little? We would use a blanket or pillow to support her body.
Are we fucked as she gets older if she already won't sit still? And she barely naps. I think we're in for it. Lol.
Any recommendations for nursing tops for big boobs? My J cups aren't fitting into regular nursing tanks, but I'd like to be able to nurse her and still have my belly covered.

I have thought a lot about getting Simon an exersaucer but after reading a lot of articles and consulting my pediatric physical therapy books, I have decided to hold off until he can consistently put weight through his heels vs toes. Too much time in standing with weight through the toes vs heels leads to overdevelopment of calf musculature which can lead to delayed motor milestones later and potentially toe walking when walking time comes.
Disclaimer: I do neuro PT and not pediatrics so do what you think is best.
I don't remember when my boys started in the exersaucer. I do remember having to book a blanket behind and books (or something) underneath, but my oldest loved it. He wasn't a big snuggler beyond the newborn phase...and he was my VERY active child. LOL, sorry. I know that's not what you wanted to hear! He did nap well, though, due to all of the energy he used the rest of the day!
As far as nursing, I just wore a nursing bra and an Old Navy tank top. I would pull down the tank top, unbuckle the bra, and pull up my shirt. When I bought them, they were called Tami. Not sure if they are still called that. They never stretched out (I still wear them), and I loved that I had a ton of different colors. Plus they covered more, so I can wear them alone if I want.

We did the jumperoo with a block under it so that he had to put weight on his whole foot vs toes. It's not a good idea to let the full foot touch when they're strong enough to really jump around in those things, but at that age, he would just stand and play with the toys so I wasn't worried about it. I also didn't let him sit in there for ver long (like 15min usually).
DS never sat still and never wanted to be held. He just turned 2 and is a crazy man, but he's actually a really good listener 99% of the time. We do have to really work to make sure he gets out that energy in a healthy and nondestructive way, but I'm sure that's normal for most toddlers.
Nursing clothes are such a racket. I just wear a cami or tank under a shirt I can yank up with a nursing bra.
I agree. I did like having nursing camis because I found it easier, plus, when I nursed in public, my stomach wasn't hanging out, and I just felt more comfortable personally.

I can't get most tanks down under my huge boobs, though. So I'm always left pulling everything up, with my belly, side, and back hanging out.
My boobs aren't quite as big as yours but they are an F when I'm nursing. I just sized up and got cheap spaghetti straps and stretched the heck out of them and didn't care that I was ruining them.

I'm a moron and didn't even think of the adjustable strap camis, lol. Thank you!
Bernadine- are you wearing leggings? I love the spanx brand leggings from target. They come up to my bra, so nothing is exposed if I pull my shirt up. As far as camis go I'm still wearing the target maternity camis bc of how stretchy they are
He loves it so far and I wish I had bought it sooner. I really like that it can support his head if he leans back because he can't hold his head up for more than a couple minutes at a time.
I also love the Tami tanks from Old Navy. They're super cheap too.

What about the normal tank tops from Target? The ribbed ones? They are kind of low cut and pretty stretchy. They are just in the normal clothes department.

Another Tami from Old Navy user here.
I think we started putting both our girls in exersaucers/jumpers at around 3 mo, not for a terribly long amount of time, and we usually had to put something under their feet so they weren't just dangling. But they never really 'jumped' in them, mostly just played with their toys.

I'll have to check them out! That's an option for weekends and work at home days.

I have this problem too. Costco sells some super stretchy camis that are the only things I can pull down.
Or invest in Undercover Mama. I got them on Amazon so I had free returns, you'll have to size up because I found they run small. But it's a great option for your problem!
