Disney travel agent

Hey! I remember on MMM that several of you used a travel agent named John, and had good experiences with him. I thought I'd liked his page for future use, but we're now ready to plan, and I don't have it. Can anyone link or provide a name for me?

I'll be the voice of dissent. I did not like John. He blew me off. After booking a DVC rental he responded. About a month later.

I used John too. I would not recommend him due to slow response times and feeling like everything was a copy/paste instead of really answering questions.

I've been using Riley at Small World Vacations and she's been great and very quick to respond

A lot of people on DisBoards like Magical Vacations Travel because they book group blocks and get deeper discounts.

I'm using John now and I'm underwhelmed too. He hasn't had correct info for a lot of things (like how to find an in-room babysitter) and his info has not been updated with changes...a few weeks he sent me a boilerplate email that still said FP selection opens at midnight. He has not booked either my dining nor my FP, which was really the reason I wanted to TA to begin with. I could have taken care of everything myself for the same price. He's part of MWV that pp mentioned, but my room is not discounted at all over what I could have booked myself on the WDW website.
