I don't know. It's just about the failed efforts to reform Newark's schools, and how a lot of people with money and influence put their own interests ahead of the kids'. He and Chris Christie were at the center of it all, so I'm scared to keep reading. Lol. It really is interesting though, even if it is depressing.
So I just finished this. That was...depressing. Not as gut-wrenching as season 4 of The Wire (that mess nearly ruined me, y'all), but just as uplifting. Cory Booker basically came across as a bag of hot air with grand ambitions. Not a flattering portrait at all.
