FP+ after refurbishment

BTMRR can be a 4th FP earlier in the morning. Usually, they won't let you book your FP plus for the day an attraction opens due to uncertainty that it will open that day. Last year I was in the park the day Splash was supposed to reopen, but it didn't reopen until the next day. Wait times were low throughout the day though, and I got a FP plus for it on the fly after it reopened as well
