We are going in mid-November, and I was wondering if we should bring certain things and was hoping you guys could help me out.
1. Ponchos or rain cover for the stroller? 2. Sandals, sun hats, stroller fan, other summer stuff? I'm not sure how hot it is going to be. 3. Sweaters or pants for the evenings? Does it cool off? We are from Colorado so are used to the cold. 4. Activities for waiting in line? Will have a 4-year-old and 15-month-old 5. How do I keep my very active 15-month-old in ride lines with us? Backpack leash, carrier(he's not really a fan anymore)? This is what I am most worried about, he is a bit crazy these days.
I say yes to 1, 2 & 3. It's not hard to look at the average temps for your trip & then watch the 10 days as you get closer and plan accordingly. You should be fine swimming, too.
We didn't really do activities, mostly snacks in line. At 15 months I'd do carrier on my back. My biggest thing with lines is simply avoiding them at all costs. Between touring plans & fast passes we rarely wait more than 15 min. Eye spy works in line and there is a lot to see in most queues.
I am dreading the lines with our 19-month-old! Our plan is pretty much to FastPass our absolute must-sees and then go to the rides with no or short lines. I figure you can pretty much walk on the carousel and people mover and things like that, so we'll do those a lot to break up the lines. We will definitely have snacks, and I am going to bring a couple of his small, very light books in our backpack because he loves to read. He won't do the carrier anymore, sadly.
Also, the average November high is 78 there, and we have definitely seen it go higher, so I'd bring all the summer stuff just in case (or at least be prepared to...I would look at the 10-day forecast and decide for sure then). It also gets down to the 50s at night, so definitely some pants and long sleeves too.
I would buy 99 cent ponchos at the dollar store. A potential waste of of $4 is so much better than a potential expenditure of $35 or so if you have to buy them there!

We are going the beginning of December. I have all girls, so this advice might be 100% irrelevant to you, but I'm planning on putting my girls in cotton dresses. If it's colder, we will add leggings and a light jacket, if it's warmer, nix the leggings. I'm hoping this will help us minimize the amount of clothes we need to bring.

I booked this trip before DS was crawling or walking and now that he's running everywhere I'm like what was I thinking?! I hope we can avoid lines as much as possible too! Also when I booked the crowd levels were supposed to be 2ish and now they changed them 5s, so that was a bummer.

We did a backpack leash when DD was 15 months old. She was not a fan of the carrier- we used it our first day there when it rained but otherwise she was not having it- and as soon as we let her down she fell into a puddle so... I'm glad we used it that day since we only brought one change of clothes with us to the parks. We definitely got some looks but it I dont really care about that. It was useful in the lines and made us feel more comfortable. DD's favorite spot at the whole park was the small play area The laughin place by splash mountain. She also loved the inside queue of dumbo.
I bought one of those " wrist leashes" there in the Winnie the Pooh shop. It was great. We used it at 13 and 21 months. DS could walk a little and toddle around, but I didn't have to worry about losing him. He is a leash puller like his sister the spaniel mix though, so it took some time to adjust.
