Poly Studio Standard Room Dvc

What are the chances one of these rooms would be available fall 2017 11 or 7 months out? 

Do do they go very fast? 

Any strategies? 

We really want this room ( affordability and size)

We rented points through DVC rental store at about 9 months out for a poly std studio. No issues with availability and it is spring break time. There are a bunch of standard studios at the poly which seems to help with availability. We paid a premium $/point to rent before the 7 month mark biut I didn't want to stress about lack of availability. Fall is popular for DVC so I would secure wherever you know your dates.

They seem to be available most of the time at 7 months, but I wouldn't risk it and would book at 11 months if you REALLY WANT IT.

I own at Saratoga and this is my preferred room when it's just my family traveling so I stalk the 7 month availability.
