Yes, we have an HR department. There have been multiple witnesses to these multiple occurrences. Every time he says something offensive, I write it down and date it.

I work for a really big and well known company. I've been digging through our website to figure out who I could talk to. There is an anonymous line.

Go to HR RIGHT FUCKING NOW, tell them what he is doing, you need something done about it , or you are taking your COLORED ASS to the EEOC. www.eeoc.gov/laws/types/ Take a peek at that link and look at all the illegal shit your boss has said.  How did he screw you over for maternity leave? I don't give two shits if this motherfucker knows you reported him. What's he going to do? Fire you? A retaliatory fire?

Also, WTF to your HR Department?  They should have dealt with him directly about him contacting you during your ML.

ON TOP OF THAT, before I went on maternity leave, he told me he was going to have $ to divvy up in raises in July. He said that since I had such a great year (I hit 109% of goal and had the most growth on my team) that I would get a raise. I was on ML in July. No raise. When I came back, I sat with him and asked. His response was "The easiest way to double your $ is to fold it in half."

You know what? Cut him. Sainthood is overrated anyway.

@natariru, look at the EEOC link I sent you and go to HR. When you asked to get an extension of your leave was your FMLA up or not? Do everyone received a raise except the one who got pregnant? Go to your HR department very concerned. Don't be defensive YET( only because the HR person may be sympathetic and do the right thing) it truly could be your boss who is the true asshole here. Have a long talk with them, discuss a timeline to get things resolved, and be sure to throw in the word discrimination a few times. If they don't take action, kindly suggest you will be taking a trip to the EEOC. This is just disgusting. Honestly I am pretty hot right now and HR would be having to calm me down before I called an attorney.

I'm trying to connect the dots on my heritage (did the DNA testing) and figure out how these people all collided and eventually came up with me. I'm learning some history that I had no clue about and it is shedding light into how I have these different races, some of which I never expected. 

ETA:  None of this is confirmed family history since no one knows our history going that far back but I'm piecing together how it may have come about.
