Housing**UPDATE**

So I have to be out of my rental by the 20th. I have been looking and have not found anything that I want to rent. I have only found one that I would actually move to if I had to but it is over my budget. I currently pay $525 but willing to go up to $600. Friday I called the realtor that sold our house and we looked at houses this weekend. I also started the loan process Friday afternoon. I found a house that I love and it is close to my current place but more room. I need lots of prayers for this to work out. It is also vacant so I am hoping that I can get a pre approval letter from the bank and rent the house until I can close on it. It is just 2 bedrooms but it has another room that I can use for a bedroom for when the big kids visit. It has a garage which I miss so much..

Thanks all!! My loan got approved today now to make the offer. I need lots of prayers, I hope to be moving next Friday to my new house. I will have to rent it for a month. The people live in TX and I am in TN so I am hoping then NEED to sell.

Yep, it's as much as our mortgage was on our 4 BR house (when I was still married and lived in another high, but not as high, COL area on the west coast).

Nope, my Agent is out of town today. I still think she would let me know if she knew. Thee people are in TX so it will probably be tomorrow.At this point I am thinking no word is not a "no".

Signing the papers today. They won't let me move in until the apprisal is done and that takes 2 weeks. I spoke to my landlord and he is going to try to buy me until the 27th to move out so that is good. Maybe I will get to move in before that or only be homeless for a week. I am so excited!!!

Finally go the signed contracts back!! I am buying from a elderly couple in another state and they could not figure out how to get the signed contracts back here, but it finally happen yesterday. Got my inspection set-up for next Wednesday!! The bank should have ordered the apprisal yesterday day so the ball is rollong. My landlord bought me some more time so I do not have to move until 10/31. I talked to the bank and if everything goes good we might even be able to close by then. Excited!!!
