Rider swap with babies

It just dawned on me that my babies obviously won't have park tickets because under 2 does rider swap still work if they are not paying ?

If my older boys are big enough to rise can we still do rider swap bc of there babies or no bc they don't have park tickets?

Yes you can for rides that have rider swap. Most all rides with height limits have it. I don't think any other rides do though.

Of course. It is designed to help families with babies and small children.

You can not do it on rides without height restrictions.

Do the ride attendants seem put off when people ask for it or is it no big deal?

Disney employees don't seem put off by anything, lol. It's their job to be cheery!

We never had any issues. We always made sure to bring the baby with us to the line entrance.

It's easy to use with a baby. The CM's don't seem to be put off by anything - a few wanted to see the baby. One taught us how to use FP's and rider swap to make life easier (that was back with paper FP).

It's actually really funny when they aren't sometimes. I was in Karamel Kuche one time, and I guess I was having vacation brain because I said " Wow Werther's where is Werther's from? " and the kid looks at me with the dryest expression and most sarcastic tone and says " Uhhmmm Japan??"

So I am resurrecting this thread

I have another question about rider swap and fast passes

So I've been reading in here some people break up the fast passes to get more rides how does this work with 3 people who can ride and only one that needs to stay behind with the kids too small (babies without tickets)

To try to be clearer I was thinking 2 people get fast passes for say splash mtn and 2 people get fast passes for 7dmt does this work or no bc we would need 3 fp for splash so all people can ride and then it's pointless bc only 1 person can ride 7dmt
Basically the only advantage is we all 4 get splash and with rider swap they ride twice not ride twice and get to ride another ride

I don't think they will like not riding when the other does and don't think I want to encourage tantrums. Or do most people do this? Split the FP to get more rides?

Yeah you'd need to book 3.

I book for DH and DD1 for something like Soarin' and then just myself for test track and ride that myself. So DD gets 1 ride on test track but 2 on soarin'. They are both tier 1 so that's the only way to get fast passes for both.

If all three want to ride both times yes then you would need a FP for all three. If you are okay with two riding once and three with the rider swap ticket then you can split them up.

What I need is A. M to grow to 40 inches and B. someone to watch the babies for the week at home so we all can ride!
