You can get lots done on the fly. Lots of day before and same day dining reservations pop up. Plus fastpasses open up all the time for even the popular rides (I'll most likely be cancelling a set of frozen ever after FPs later in our trip which I'm sure other people do as well!).

MK is open at 8am (and 7am on 1 or 2 of the mornings) the 28th-31st.

Thanks! That's sort of the plan, to plan on the fly. My 6 yo announcers last week that he just found out Disney has rides, so he will be impressed no matter what
