I'm freaking out and need assurances that I'm not doing something completely wrong in my plan! 180 days is on Monday.
DH, DS (7), and DD (5) and I are staying at CBR. We do not have park hoppers. This is our first time to Disney (except DH who went when he was 16 but doesn't remember anything about it because he was doing the teenage boy thing.)
We do not have our flights booked yet so I don't know our arrival and departure times.
Monday 4/29 Travel day - No park tickets. Will hang out at the resort or go to DS depending on how much time we have.
We have the Disney Dining plan. I have counted so many times. I have the right amount of TS right?
I'm also concerned about doing MK on Thursday because we will probably choose to go back on Friday as well. But EP has EMH on Tuesday night so I feel like Wednesday is the best day to go. And this works out better so we only have 1 day that has an early morning after a night we want to stay for a show.
I agree that is a lot of character meals. And a lot of PPO ones. I would dump Garden Grill and add a lunch or dinner in the world showcase. IMO much better options. I like San Angel Inn, Biergarten and Via Napoli with kids.

This. Are your kids into the Hollywood & vine characters?
Plus so much good counter service food - especially in Epcot.

They love Disney Jr. The only character DS has gotten excited about is Manny.
I do agree that's a lot of character meals, but then again, your kids are at the perfect age for them. Some people don't like character meals because they can feel rushed and they take up a lot of park time, but we love them! I would maybe only do Tusker House OR Garden Grill, since the characters are similar.
Also, I believe April is the Flower & Garden Festival so there should be yummy food options in Epcot. So maybe drop GG? Although I'm psyched to try it on our next trip! The good thing is that if all the character meals get overwhelming, you can cancel the day before with no penalty. On the other hand, some of those have great same day availibility, so you could book the day of if you wanted to!
I think your last day, with those reservations, it would make the most sense to do MK again since the Poly and Grand Floridian are so close. But, if it were me I would do another day in Epcot. One Epcot day is not enough! I'm not sure how much trouble it is to get from the Poly to Epcot? I'm thinking it won't be an issue because of the monorail but I could be wrong.
**Disclaimer, only been to WDW world 1 time and currently planning our next trip. All my information comes from blogs and disboards!

Is BBB the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique? If so, you might have hard getting that for PPO on your first day, since you can book 180+10. I booked it at 180 days out and it's the third day of our trip and the earliest appt in the MK was at 12:40.

Yes! Crap! That is the most important part of my plan!

I would try for a day further in your trip if the PPO is that important. I don't want your plan to hinge on that and it doesn't work out.
We have the same type of plan though with CRT. That day we'll ride whatever we can in the AM, then we have BOG lunch ressies at 11:40, BBB at 12:40 and CRT at 5:20. The time between BBB and CRT we have FP for meeting princesses.
I haven't tried to call back and reschedule to see if there are earlier appts because while I take DD to BBB, DH is taking DS to Pirate's League and it seemed too much of a hassle to change both. I'm happy with it as is.

DS wanted to do the knight package over the Pirates League (which makes our lives easier!). I ended up getting an 8:05 BBB res and a 12:55 CRT! I'm so excited I could cry!
The only thing I wasn't able to get was a Kona Cafe breakfast. Hopefully I can find that one at some point!

That sounds perfect! On our last trip we did a PPO BBB and 12:00 CRT. we did princess meet and greets in between and it was a perfect morning. It was our first park day so a great start to our trip. We're going to try to do the same thing this year. Congrats on getting good reservations. You're going to have a fabulous time!!

Call the reservations line about Kona Cafe. I wasn't getting any time selection on the website, just a message to call Dining. We were able to get a breakfast reservation that way. Save
