I'm nervous about it but I live in a conservative area. There are TWO Trump signs staring at me every time I open our curtains and a huge one coming into town, not to mention others. I just heard someone at Sam's yesterday talking on the phone about how excited he was that his super Democratic friend wasn't voting for Hillary anymore. I've seen one Hillary sign and that wasn't in my town. I come here and read things a lot to keep me somewhat sane!
I live in one of the most conservative counties in NY and I see 3 Trump signs on my 7 minute drive to work. Going the other direction, I see more Hillary than Trump, and in fact, more Bernie than Trump (because I am driving toward one of the most liberal counties in NY). This is an area that was wallpapered in Romney signs just a few years ago.
It helps me sleep at night.
There were a lot of Bernie ones in the area I work (college campus I went to and area directly surrounding is very liberal, it's where our friend is running for house rep) but a lot of the Bernie people I have on FB are all campaigning for Johnson now. At least they aren't voting Trump, so that's good?
Once he takes every single one of those (no exceptions), he needs to take a state in which HRC leads by over 5 points. Virginia, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Colorado.
Then also take into consideration ground game. HRC has it. Trump decidedly does not. Ground game can be worth 2 points or more in the end. There's already a belief among Nevada experts that she has built a D firewall there too large for election day voting to overcome for the Rs.
Also, look at what Trump is up to. He was in CO yesterday. CO and New Mexico today. Michigan for some reason tomorrow. The last time he held a rally in NC, they sent around "sign up to volunteer" sheets through the crowd. Which they never even collected. They are a garbage campaign, and this stuff matters.

She's got this. We're fine.
I have never loved you more than I do right in this moment.
I have moments of "we're fine!!" and moments of "holy fucking shit we're going down."

I am very worried about the aftermath. Trump isn't going anywhere and he will have an epic tantrum over this. I hate that my thinking has come down to this but I am afraid of violence from some in his base. I think I will be able to relax once we peacefully get through the inauguration.

I have always thought there was a good chance of Trump winning. I am worried about something happening to Clinton before the election or some fake scandal like this happening. This is exactly the Hollywood twist Trump wants for ratings.
The last few weeks have made me more comfortable about Clinton winning, but this email BS has been in the works for months. The Republicans are very desperate right now. I'm expecting another blow up next week. Hillary had better have some good shit on Trump b

Yep. He will fade into oblivion and he has enraged a group of gun toting loony tunes.

I think what we are seeing is the obvious..this race was never rigged for anyone or anything and was always about headlines. Trump just gave the media more to work with. Can Trump still claimed a rigged media now? To no ones surprise they were never in Hillary's camp. Profit is the name of the game for them and headlines are the only thing that matters. Trump never figured it out on his own (though he was told over and over by everyone) thus continually giving the media more and more to work with. Which is obvious but it largely debunks all of Trumps media bias rhetoric.
No. He wont win. The 2 Trump supporters I know didnt even know they had to be registered to vote. They thought you just showed up and voted. Two different people, not related in any way. And both are this big of morons. I'm wondering how many others out there that have been screaming Trump for president are actually registered to vote now.
I'm keeping my fingers crossed something good is coming out this week to further bury Trump.
This is me. She needs this more than ever.
While my thoughts about this latest email shit was that it wasn't going to affect how people were voting, last night, I saw TWO previously quiet FB friends make Pro-Trump/Anti-Hillary posts. I'm now worried that the undecideds have gone to the dark side.
I'm not going to lie, I am scared. I think it's just my anxiety manifesting and not allowing myself to get hopeful for something until it's actually happening.
I have no doubt in my mind that there will be more shit on Trump coming out. We have not reached the bottom of the barrel with that guy.
The only thing that I think could slightly hurt him like the bus video would be if he were caught on tape saying the N word or referring to gay people as the F word. Other than that I really don't think there will be a mass outcry by anyone that matters for anything else that wil be released about Trump. Early voting has started and if the Clinton campaign was really out there trying to dig up dirt they would've done so already. Plus I don't think the campaign wants to be a part of release dirt since Clinton clearly isn't squeeky clean. But maybe some other groups have dirt on him?
Just for perspective after the Trump tape there was a mass exodus within his own party. People didn't want to be associated with him at all. We aren't seeing that here with this Clinton "bombshell." It's not gripping people the same way or on the same level. The media is all over it but there's not the same "hair on fire" reaction within the party...so overall will it not be a huge deal to the electorate?

I just need this to be over.
I've started thinking about every upcoming date as being pre or post election. Parent Teacher Conferences, pre. Doctor appointment post. Next time I have to see DH's racist side of the family, post. Club breakfast, pre.
