I just finished writing for today (I'll be leaving for bell choir rehearsal in about an hour, and after that, I'll probably be hanging out with my parents until way too late). I'm so far sticking on quota...my total at the end of Day 3 is 5027.
So far, it's been kind of boring. I have to introduce five characters and their respective "demons" in order for anything else that happens make sense. So I'm almost done with that, and then the fun and magic can begin.
Only weekend plans are potentially getting together with my critique partner and hubs and I are going out with my parents and sister on Saturday night to celebrate my sister's birthday.

What's your word count, if you care to share? 8336. I haven't written yet today, did about par yesterday, and 6610 on day one. I don't know how much I'll do tonight since I was just diagnosed with strep (boo!) and until my antibiotics kick I may not be that productive.
What is working well for you? I know my characters well, so it is easy to write most of them. Especially my main POV character and one or two others, I feel like I know how to write them.
What is frustrating you? The usual getting started stuff. I feel like nothing is happening yet which is not shocking, since it will probably be 100k all said and done. I should be hitting some action today, but it's with a character I'm not so confident with so we shall see how it goes.
Any fun weekend plans? Hopefully feeling better, getting some above-par days in, and catching up on TV/reading. I am a homebody.
I'm off to a slow start, but at 4842 total. It's going well, I've just been distracted. Mr. Pom flew home tonight, he was away on business since Monday night. My sleeping has been all out of whack and I had some house stuff to deal with. Hopefully, back on track and surging ahead soon.
What's your word count, if you care to share? 3019 - I'm behind because I didn't write anything on day 2. But I did spend several hours transcribing my notes from On Writing into my writing workshop notebook, so I feel productive even if I only wrote about 1200 words in the last two days.
What is working well for you? Surprisingly, my dialogue. That was actually my most recent workshop, so I think that's why.
What is frustrating you? My characters are kind of fucking around and doing weird mundane shit right now. I kind of went off on a strange tangent about fancy glassware.

I feel like I have a lot of this so far, too. I'm trying to get a feel for it all so I think I have a lot of awkward, unnecessary stuff in there right now. Oh well.
