Proboards: gbcn is routinely violating the Proboards policies...specifically 05heel the newly appointed Global Moderator from the Married Life forum. My account was disabled and I have been labeled a "troll" due to my unpopular opinion. The members are free to call me whatever they like but the disabling of my account is a direct violation of policy. I am hereby requesting not only my account be reinstated but 05heel be stripped of her moderator duties. I also ask that you investigate the global admins of this forum- this should not be allowed to to occur. My (now deleted by 05heel) comment of "And there it is" contained no violation of proboards or gbcn rules. I am prepared to take further action if this situation is not properly addressed. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Blocking someone from a forum does not violate our policies. No one is required to give you access to this website.
Edit:
If you think "further action" means a lawyer, first read our terms of service which states we can terminate your service at any time. It also allows moderators the option to moderate their forum. Also note the arbitration clause, and that when you lose your case you will pay us back our lawyer fees.

I have reviewed the terms of service and policies. Your hasty response indicates no inquiry was made into the violation. The arbitration clause is also noted and as disclosure of the individual status of Corporate Attorney, I will respond accordingly.
I am stating facts. Facts and terms of service that this website has purported for its continued usage.
Our Terms of Service clearly states:
Forum administrators and moderators reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to delete or modify forum posts, revoke membership to the forum, block access to the forum, modify Your account profile, or modify any User Content (as defined in Section 15 below) on the forum.
You stated that the violation is that your access was disabled. Our Terms of Service clearly states that access can be blocked and membership can be revoked. My response is not hasty, it is stating the facts of the agreement which you agreed to. Even by posting on this forum as a guest, you are required to agree to the Terms of Service each time you post.
You can direct further communication to our attorney, Virginia Sanderson at Kronenberger Rosenfeld.
