Can you test the coconut oil on a small patch of skin to see if he has a reaction? If not maybe try argan oil.
How often are you washing his scalp? I think washing once a day and gentle combing/massaging is the recommendation. Hopefully it goes away soon.

Poor baby
. If the coconut doesn't work, try jojoba. Of all the oils, it most closely matches our scalps' natural sebum. I'd also try massaging the oil in while his scalp is still damp, using a soft brush.

Poor baby, I'm sorry. I have no advice. But I had to like the picture because he is adorable!

One of the parenting groups I'm in always suggests head and shoulders but I don't know about such a little baby. He is so cute!

Nothing to add but another push for jojoba oil.
How do you not constantly snuggle and kiss all over those cheeks?!? Love!

I have no suggestions. I know with DD I put Aquaphor on everything. It was like my Windex.
He is the cutest. I want those cheeks.

Our Pedi recommended Head and Shoulders for DD's cradle cap when she was a baby. A few washes and it cleared and didn't return.

Olive oil, but be careful. My mom put it in my daughter's hair and it took a long ass time to get out.

Burts Bees Apricot Oil. My younger DS has horrible cradle cap. It still comes back sometimes and he's 2.5 yo. The Burts Bees Oil definitely helped.
