Any other Bumble users here? I am totally confused by what's happening to me on this app. I match with a guy, message him, and then no response. They don't unmatch me, so it doesn't seem to be a case of the guy "right swiping" on everyone (like what happens on Tinder) ... they just never respond. Even though I make a point to message them with something related to their profiles. And it's happening with every.single.match. At this point I'm about done with the app because what's the point - don't these guys realize they're their own worst enemy and only turn women away from apps when they do this kind of stuff?

Sometimes I have found that users don't log in within the 24 hour time frame they have to write you back. Honestly though, I find this happens on almost all the dating apps. For every 25 messages I send, I probably get 1 response. It's frustrating and confusing to me. It happens on the free and paid apps.

I used it briefly .... it was meh

I've had much better luck w Tinder. Then again, I rarely send out messages on Tinder, if they're interested, they'll make the first move - has yet to fail me.

I'm convinced a bunch of Bumble profiles are fake. I swear my first 5-6 dudes that show up look like rich, successful male models.

I agree with PP I've had way better luck with Tinder.

@blushnbashful guys do that on Tinder, too, but they unmatch pretty quickly in that case. With Bumble do they just not bother because of the 24 hour thing? It's just really frustrating to have, like, 30 matches and only ONE response. They've basically ruined things for themselves, because at this point I'm probably done using that app - and I can't be the only woman thinking that.

I use it and have definitely only had a few matches actually message back, but the ones who have, worked out better than all my tinder matches.
