Now Paul Ryan is speaking. I wonder if they decided to wait long enough to let him go first to let him get out the GOP line before she and Obama go back-to-back.

People just stood up to clap and I'm crying. How am I going to get through work tonight supporting young people when my own heart is broken and I feel massive anxiety?

It looks like Clinton might still have Secret Service protection. Does she still get a detail simply by being a former First Lady? All those articles were saying about how quickly the Service detail went away after the race was called, so if she still has a detail that seems to be different.

Oh god. CNN said that Walter Mondale told them, "I kind of knew I would lose, which makes it easier. It's harder when you think you're going to win."
I think that's true both for the candidate/their team and their supporters. If Trump had been polling better I feel like I would have come in mentally prepared - I'd still be depressed and anxious and everything I am this morning, but it would have removed the surprise suckerpunch element.

I thought my heart was broken early this morning when the news hit. FHTK is shattering those pieces even more. I'm so sad he won't have the opportunity to serve as well.

Tim Kaine throws some shade at Trump, while talking about how Clinton loves this country and democracy, and he said something about: "No one questioned whether she'd accept the results of the outcome of this beautiful democracy. No one had to ask that question."
TK - "I'm proud of Hillary because she loves this country. Nobody had to wonder if Hillary would accept the outcome of an election in our beautiful democracy."
