If it makes you feel better a 34D is the "cup" equivalent of a 30DDD. Each band size that you go up, you go down a cup size so 30DDD = 32DD = 34D. Your best fit though is when both cup and band are your exact size. So by you wearing a 34 band size you were not giving your "girls" the support they needed, which good lead to premature sagging.

This is the way I understood it as well. I actually got a 32DD in the store because I needed a new bra so badly. I can already tell a different support wise and it's not even really the 'right' size.

This is the way I understood it as well. I actually got a 32DD in the store because I needed a new bra so badly. I can already tell a different support wise and it's not even really the 'right' size.
Also, remember that the bra should be snug on the last latch so that as the bra naturally stretches over time you can go tighter. You're also supposed to rest your bras in between wears so that they can return to their shape. Hand washing is best but if you use the washer, use a bad. And never dry them!
