There are a bunch on the market. Anyone have any experiences to share?

I'm moving to a be country with one beagle who is an escape artist. I'm worried he will disappear in a marsh and be gone.

We have the Whistle one (used to be Tagg) it works on the Verizon network and is fine if you have good coverage. You do have to watch the battery level - they sometimes just drop.
