A lump in your chest where? Because if it's in an area where any lymph nodes are, I'd go to urgent care for antibiotics. If not, I'd wait the two weeks.
And I say antibiotics because I had a lump in my arm that blew up. When I went to the doctor, he said, here, take this zpack. If it goes away, you had cat scratch disease. If it doesn't, you probably have cancer. YWIA!
He was a douche though so I doubt very much the OMG, IT'S CANCER aspect but lymph nodes blow up when you're fighting something and urgent care can deal with that.

Go to Emergency Room and pretend to have trouble breathing. Tell that that the breathing difficulties started around the same time that the lump began to form. They should do the tests right a way if you don't want to want.
Two weeks it's ok unless you start having other symptoms. I would also recommend to ask to be notified of any cancellations and see if you can see him sooner.

Omg. Please don't do this.
If you must go to urgent care, go. Or ask your dr to get on a cancellation list. Or try to get in with you ob/gyn. But please don't do ^this.
Why? Urgent Care's around here don't usually have the screening devices needed to see what's going on. They're more for a broken bone or after hours illness. I know it's shady but if I was worried I would want to get checked out and two weeks is a long time to wait.
I vote for swollen lymph node and though and nothing to worry about.
Because lying about your symptoms so you can get expensive tests done at the most expensive place to do them while other people who need them more are in line behind you is incredibly douchey and self involved.
