Cute winter hats or headbands?

Does anyone have a particularly cute knit hat or headband that you wear to keep your head/ears warm these days? With temps dropping I'm realizing that I should probably get one, and all the hats I have now are more for athletic purposes and not at all fashionable. Any pics or links would be really awesome!

My MIL got me this Coach ear warmer a few year back... I love it because it is very stylish and doesn't leave me with hat-head.
