The only one I have is the Energy Noir which I don't particularly recommend. I love the blush in it, but the shadows are just ok. They aren't nearly the quality that UD and TF are.
I really like the Energy Noir palette. I find the 6 main shades to be nice and creamy and easy to work with. The 2 darker liner shades can be a bit tricky to blend out as a shadow but they're made for lining. I just don't do liner much. The highlight and blush are really nice too. This has been my go to palette for cool toned looks lately. I think it's going to be on sale for under $20 at Ulta for BF too.
I like both of the Tartlette palettes, but I know not everyone does.
May I ask why you want to try tarte specifically? I think there are some more consistent brands out there, tarte shadows can be hit or miss
Because I'm really enjoying some of the colors in the palettes I'm seeing. There's color to them, but it's easy to use for every day and isn't way out there crazy. I'm not really drawn to the crazy bold or electric colors, but I don't need 56842367 neutral palettes and do want SOME color.
I just got the Tarteist Pro palette and the colors are nice and so far I'm happy with the quality. I've read mixed reviews, but I don't do complicated looks with multiple colors (I use 3 different colors or less on my lid at a time, so I don't need to blend a bunch of colors). It's all matte, except for 4 shimmer metallic colors, which makes it easy to do different types of looks.

I was about to recommend the Tartelette in Bloom until I saw this. That being said, I really like the palette! 😉
I love the rainforest of the sea eyeshadow palette that I have
I also really like this one too.
The Tartlette in Bloom looks nice too, but I went with the ROS and I used it almost daily this Spring/Summer. Its not really the most diverse, but I found a few looks I loved and roated and wore those.

I have mixed feelings.
I have Rainforest After Dark and I like that one a lot, especially as an all-in-one/travel palette.
I also have the Graveyard Girl LE palette and that gets a thumbs-up from me. Very soft shadows, and easy to work with.
So I like the ones I have. But when I go and see a pretty Tarte palette in-store and swatch it, especially the Amazonian clay ones or the holiday palettes with a lot of mattes, man. They just seem dry and streaky and disappointing, and I haven't been willing to put down the money.
