Emily mentions receiving a nasty letter while they are in therapy. She assumed it was from lorelai it lorelai denies it.

I just realized that they got the date wrong. It was a Sunday's wedding, because Luke took that day off anyways. November 5th was a Saturday.

Good catch! I actually thought about the wedding date while watching Fall and thought "cool that was a Saturday." But I had forgotten that they planned a Sunday wedding.

I said something like this in the other thread but I don't know why they had to make Rory's career totally fall apart and have her move back to Star's Hollow in order for it to make sense that she ends up having a baby on her own like her mother. Being unexpectedly pregnant is enough of a curveball on its own, let alone when you're not really into the idea of having a fully committed relationship with the baby's father. I would have much preferred an ending where she decides to have the baby and raise her on her own because she's already living independently in Brooklyn and kicking ass in her career, making enough money to support two people. The father (presumably Logan) can be as involved as he wants but the point is, she realizes that she doesn't need him. Similar to Lorelei's original situation so that there are resonances but also improved with Rory being better off because of the sacrifices her mom made for her all her life.

Clearly I've thought about this show too much, lol.

Lol and for the record, I don't buy for one second that they didn't watch season 7. I think she just chose to disregard it all if it were to have interfered with her plans.

This used to be a joke to me, but now it's 100% serious. ASP hates the fans and gives zero fucks what we think.
