What's the best way to take a supplement that can potentially make your stomach hurt? WITH food or AFTER you've eaten food?
I've been taking a horse chestnut supplement that is purported to help with circulation. I think it does help, but lordy...sometimes it makes me very nauseous for about 30 minutes.

I think it depends on the supplement/person. I usually take mine after a couple bites of food and have never felt nauseous that way (I do if I take them on e completely empty stomach though).
