Turning in the last final of my college career today.

Thursday last story time of the year

Trying not to plan too much this week.

Today: bagels and coffee with my boys. Grocery shopping too since we are right there.

Weds: my step mom and I are taking the boys to Disneyland for the first time! We are planning to get season Passed!

Thurs: last OB appointment. Getting the IUD checked. Sad that this is it with her...she has played such a special role in our journey and given so much great advice along the way. I am definitely a better mom and wife because of her.

Sun: church and then extended family Christmas. L and I are going to the family get together...DH is staying home with C because it's right at nap time. It's at a relative's house about 20 min away, otherwise I would skip too. It will be nice to see everyone and have those who haven't met L get to meet him.

Taking a co-worker to lunch this week. His wife is doing something really special for L's birthday.

Otherwise, normal week...until Saturday. DH has his performance that night. We'll do some holiday activities on Sunday.

My observation at work that was supposed to be last week was rescheduled for this week because I was sick. That's making me nervous, but I'll be glad to get it over with.

Meanwhile, my eye still hurts. I'm back to the eye dr on Thursday to see if it's getting any better. I found out last week I somehow managed to get an infection in my cornea so that's been fun.

Saturday we are getting our tree! B is so excited this year and I can't wait to see how she reacts.

At some point this week, our new couch should be delivered. We got new carpet and the walls painted last week so it's coming along now. Hopefully by Christmas the house is presentable for guests.

Normal week, then on the weekend we are planning to get our tree/finish putting up the lights and decorations and maybe taking R to see Santa.

At the ENT office right now for allergy testing. The skin prick test is negative so far, but now I'm waiting for the intradermal test. ETA: a few positives on the intradermal test, as expected.

DH's company Christmas party on Wed night! E's former nanny will be babysitting, so yay for catching up with her, and company provided food and alcohol.

And I have 4 days off in a row, big yay!

Counseling appointment #3 on Wed.

There are some events going on Sat including one at my work. They lead up to a parade but we're going to a friend's Thanksgiving so we probably won't go to the parade.

Hopefully some Christmas shopping!

Tomorrow I'm giving a presentation on SPD to a local moms' group. Later on I have Christmas parties, and need to continue sewing my sister's Christmas gifts.

Typical week until Fri. It's my husband's birthday. We both took off work and MIL is still going to babysit so we're having a date day. Lunch and a movie.

Saturday afternoon we're taking C to a Christmas play date with friends. I just decorated string cheese with sharpies to look like snowmen to bring with us.

Meeting on Thursday out of town. I always look forward to getting out of the building.
Hopefully getting a rental car this week.
Nephew's birthday party this weekend.

ewall- so jealous!! Have a blast- you guys so deserve it!!

pooh8402- enjoy the holiday party! DH's is on Friday and his boss asked what she had to do to get me to go. DH said she needed a boob and her response was "oh, a book with milk. That's only [my name]". We both got a good laugh out of that. Adding the Christmas party to our list of things we will do next year (all things we did pre kids that we haven't done since C was born 2 years ago).
