recommend desserts for 24 people

I am going to a Christmas party this Saturday and we are in charge of desserts. 24 people total.
Some will have to be gluten free. Any ideas?

Fudge is an easy gluten free dessert, as is fruit salad. Both are good for crowds.

Any sort of cake, or tiramisu.

People love when I make these brownies - use the Special Dark cocoa powder: www.hersheys.com/recipes/en_US/recipes/98/hersheys-best-brownies.html 

I line the pan with a sheet of parchment paper, which makes it a lot easier to life the brownies out and cut them. If I just spray the pan they sometimes get stuck or they crumble.
