I've booked flights, hotel, and ground transportation. I have free breakfast at the hotel, am packing a ton of snacks, and have dinner reservations for every night.
Am I correct that I can't book fast passes online for Disneyland?
Also, are there any recommended apps for while we are at the park (Christmas week-- I know it's going to be nuts) for wait times, maps, etc?
We were there 2 weeks ago and used a mix of the Disneyland app and touring plans. They both helped. I would suggest a good touring plan and arriving 30 min before rope drop.

There are very few rides that have fast passes and they go fast for some rides. If you plan on doing some of the big rides you need to grab fast passes early. I've been in the parks for the past 3 days and fast passes for Space Mountain, Soarin and Radiator Springs racers are gone by early afternoon.
I loved our Disneyland trip this summer. We do WDW at least once a year, and DL was a nice change. Much less planning necessary. I found the actual Disney app to be useful for navigating the park, checking wait times to decided whether we wanted to hop back and forth. If you want to do the Racers, definitely get that FP early in the day.
