Down 1 pound this week. Just finished up the program I was doing (BodyShred Jillian Michaels) it was 8 weeks and I lost a total of 8 pounds, I wish I had thought to take measurements/pictures. Tomorrow I start Body Revolution so I took pics/measurement today so I can track better than by just weight.
Somehow, despite crappy eating and little exercise, I lost .4 last week. I'll take it.
I'm going to try and follow WW for a while (using the Ultimate Food Diary app). And I'm starting Couch to 5k--I ran my half using run/walk intervals, and I want to be able to do next year's without intervals. That starts on Tuesday.
This week is crazy busy with work and 3 holiday parties. Then We start celebrating Christmas--DH and I on Saturday night, with his family on Sunday. My goal is to make good choices but enjoy the celebrations--but just limiting it to the actual event. So for Tuesday, I'm going to run in the morning, eat a sensible breakfast and lunch, but enjoy my team holiday dinner (without going overboard).

It's great. Totally kicked my butt. I really like that you switch workouts every two weeks so by the time I was starting to get sick of them it was time to switch it up. If you have done Jillian workouts before there is a lot of moves that are repeated from other dvds but I guess there is only so many different thing you can do...

Back to my previous low of 171. The last 6 weeks have been hard. Everything happened: a friend passed away, my mother showed up aty house ranting about me not coming to a dinner she wanted me to because I went to friend's memorial instead (apparently funeral being a different day meant I was not supposed to also go to the memorial in her mind), annual review at work, lots of other work stuff, emergency root canal because the dentist overdrilled on a crown, there's more but you get the idea so yeah - fun.
Fiance and pup are still wonderful so 2017 will improve.
Weigh in is tomorrow and I'm hoping for a miracle. Between DH birthday dinner at Benihana and a couple xmas parties, there was much deviation from the meal plan.
But, in the win column, I did run my mile every day and am keeping up with most of my spin classes. I skipped Saturday because I was up with Meatloaf (the dog) who had acl surgery the day before. It's been a rough weekend on that front.
