What to serve with General Tso's Chicken? (Christmas Dinner)

Every year I make a big Christmas dinner for just DH and me and the menu is rarely the same from year to year.  This year, he requested homemade General Tso's chicken.  I am planning to make:

Sizzling Rice Soup
General Tso's Chicken
Sticky White Rice

What else should I serve with it?  What kind of wine goes with this menu?  I'm stumped!

I think I would just do some broccoli and/or other stir-fry veggies and mix them in with the chicken so they get some of the sauce. Yum. Maybe also egg rolls or spring rolls? I have no idea for dessert though.

As for wine, I'd do whatever white you like.

Broccoli came to mind first, mixed in with the sauce.

I like either a Riesling or a sparkling wine with Asian foods (especially if there is a bit of spice).
