Ulta points

I'm not sure how to get the most bang out of my ulta points. I currently have 1926 ulta points. I also have the following promotions.
$10 birthday coupon,
20% no restrictions
20% some restrictions but includes some prestige
$5 off $15
5 times point on clarasonic

Should i purchase a clarasonic brush head at $27 use a 20% to get me to 2000 points and then use my other 20% when I'm able to redeem $125?

Can I redeem my $10 off with a 20% off at the same time?

Is the birthday coupon something you enter as a coupon code or a gift card code?

Then you definitely can't combine them online.  It's possible you can in store...I know you can't stack more than one of the same kind (like more than one of the $3.50 ones), but they do allow some combos.  I'm not totally sure on the rules of what exactly since I shop in the store about twice a year.

I know you can't stack the $10 birthday with a 20% off code because I tried it last spring.  I ended up buying most of my items with the 20% off then choosing one to buy in a separate transaction with the $10 off.
