I can't see pics either, but just basing on general ideas:
Sometimes you'll get bubbles if you use coats that are too thick. Also, are you shaking the bottle a lot right before you apply the polish? Sometimes that will cause bubbles too.
Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry, and narrow-mindedness, and many of our people need it sorely on these accounts. Broad, wholesome, charitable views of men and things cannot be acquired by vegetating in one little corner of the earth all one's lifetime. Mark Twain
If I don't use Seche Vite I feel like my nails never dry. I don't even let it dry between coats all the way, then apply Seche (pretty generously) over the polish (still tacky), and it lasts a long time.
I have never had bubbles but would try thinner coats. I wonder if it's a humidity thing? I live somewhere low humidity
Seche vite is the best quick dry I've tried. My polish doesn't last very long, no matter the brand or topcoat. The seche vite prevents sheet marks, dents and smudges like nothing else!
Do you use a base coat? Make sure you apply very thin layers. My favorite top coat is Poshe, it's a quick dry one. I layer my base coat, nail polish, Gelous (technically a base coat but I find it works best for me over the polish--it really protects the color and keeps the manicure chip-free for much longer), then topped with Poshe. My manicure will feel dry to the touch within a few minutes, but I'm careful to not do much with my hands for an hour or so after; I paint my nails at night. Older polishes can bubble more IMO.
Nope - not shaking the bottle..I roll it in between my hands and then tap it on the table a few times.
How long should I wait between coats?
I wait anywhere from 15-30 minutes between each coat and I always use a QDTP. It takes me about 2 hours to do my nails but I don't get bubbles or smudges and the majority of my DIY manicures last 8-10 days before they chip.

I typically don't wait at all between coats and rarely get bubbles. I always get bubbles if I'm rushing and do thick coats.
And even if it feels dry to the touch it can take awhile to cure, I've had many mornings where I've woken up with the imprint of my blankets on my nails. I think it takes a couple of hours for the polish to fully cure.
