My answer may change in ten days when I'm back from my trip but my favorites are no one else's favorites it seems. In MK I love the Country Bear Jamboree. At HS I loved Fantasmic but I've only seen it once. At AK probably Nemo but I haven't seen the Lion King show. At Epcot I like the O Canada movie and Figment.
MK: Seven Dwarves AK: Kilimanjaro Safaris DHS: Toy Story Midway Mania Epcot: Test Track (but I did love the Frozen ride because my daughter was so excited!!)
MK: Haunted Mansion AK: Safari DHS: RnRC Epcot: FEA - but this is literally the only ride we went on there. I may have a different opinion after my next trip!
MK: Haunted Mansion and People Mover (it's a great break--no lines, and you get to sit down and see the park!) Epcot: Soarin' and just walking the countries HS: Tower of Terror. Also love eating at Sci Fi Dine-In (but more fun when not with a fussy toddler) AK: Safari (also like how realistic Dinosaur is)

DLR Disneyland- Hyperspace Mountain & Main Street Electrical Parade. I only like Space Mountain right now because it is Star Wars themed. Once it switches back it wont be as fun. California Adventure- California Screamin. Aladdin was my absolute fav but it is gone now.
WDW Magic Kingdom- Country Bear Jamboree. I am still bitter that we lost Country Bears and ended up with the Winnie the Pooh ride. Country Bears were an evening ritual while growing up; it was always the last thing we did at Disneyland before going home. The Studios- Rock n Roller Coaster Animal Kingdom- Expedition Everest EPCOT- Misson Space. Any ride that gives you a barf bag is the best ride ever!!

Yay! Another Country Bears fan. I freaked out when we were at WDW in 2006 and I saw it. It was definitely a sight to see; a 30 year old going absolutely bat shit for Country Bears...I think I embarrassed my parents!

MK - splash mountain Epcot - Soarin HS - rockin rollercoaster AK - kilamanjaro safari My family is obsessed with buzz light year at MK and toy story at HS, so we end up riding those many times each trip.
EPCOT- Misson Space. Any ride that gives you a barf bag is the best ride ever!!
Oh my gosh, I seriously think you are crazy!!! I got heart palpitations and was flipping out -- I wondered afterward who in their right mind would think that a pleasurable experience!!

Mission Space was the one ride that I really looked forward to riding. I knew about the plans for it when I worked at EPCOT back in 1996; one of my location managers was married to someone in Imagineering who was working on the new rides at EPCOT. I spent many years waiting for them to finish it just so I could ride it. It exceeded my expectations; I freakin love it!! The barf bags were added later because the first time I rode it in 2004 they did not have them and when I went back in 2006 they did.
MK - Pirates EPCOT - Spaceship Earth AK - Safari HS - all the rides are okay but to me I just like the atmosphere and would pick dining at Sci-Fi or the Osbourne Lights, which I know are gone : (
MK: Pirates or Buzz Lightyear Epcot: Spaceship Earth Hollywood Studios: Star Tours (I would honestly just ride this on a loop for an hour or two if I could)
We have yet to visit Animal Kingdom--maybe on our next trip.
