What makeup gifts did you get?

Was anyone gifted makeup this year? I love hearing about everyone's presents!

I received TF Naughty Kisses and Sweet Cheeks set in my stocking. I'm going to return it though. It's very similar to set I received last year.

I also received a set of Bare Minerals mini lipsticks I had asked for, but I'm not sure whether or not I like them. They feel more greasy than creamy. The colors are pretty, though.

I got a Kat Von D eyeshadow palette that my aunt got in hollywood. I also got some lip gloss/lipstick from my aunt.

H got me the Liluma brush cleaner. I had never heard of it, but the internet tells me it's awesome. H didn't know it also needed special cleaning liquid, so it will be a couple days before I can give it a test run.

I got the mini beauty blenders (small green ones), a Josie Maran apple cider body butter and scrub set, and the smash box holiday set that was three little sets - eyes, lips and contour. I used the smashbox set to do my makeup for dinner last night and it's super fun. Plus the case is going to be really handy for storage.

With the $100 I spent with my ulta coupon, I'm set for a while (Ha!)

Good choices! Love that Hada Labo lotion, it's really helped my dry skin this year. The Cosrx 96 Snail mucin is another favorite.

No one gifted me makeup but I did get some cash that I put towards NARS pale barely eyeshadow.

I also spent a bunch of money when I had my Ulta coupon. I didn't want to wait to use it but I consider part of it (the fun stuff, not just what was restock stuff) my gift as well.

I bought myself a Dior lipstick and some Nars sheerglow foundation. I've never paid that much for a lipstick, but it feels like heaven on my lips and I love the color.

All.stuff I had on my wish list. So far, that cicapair cream is fantastic (it's a skin treatment that serves as a cc cream if you have light skin (green to combat redness, but it turns peachy-beige when you start working it in)). The zoya set smoothed out my nails but it's not too exciting, they just look like healthy, shiny nails. The bubble mask is super fun and did a great job cleaning out my pores. The bubbling tickles though and made me want to scratch my face like crazy.

One of my BFFs got me the Sephora Give Me Some Bold Lip set and I love it sooo much. It also introduced me to Ciate London Liquid Velvet. I am inlove.

I bought the TF Sweet Peach palette and Tarte Rainforest of the Sea II for myself.

If it helps, I've found Eau Thermale Avène sunscreen is even better. It's a physical block (unlike the Biore which you technically have to reapply after a few hours), it blends in perfectly. I find it's also very hydrating. It's my HG of sunscreen.

I forgot to add that I got a $50 Sephora gift card!! I'm not sure what I want to spend it on. I was thinking of getting some Langeie sleeping water mask since I liked the sample I used. I want to focus on more skin products, but feel lost picking stuff out. If not that, I'll just get the Too Faced peach palette.

My sister gave me her Lancôme Defincils mascara. I have always been of the opinion that one shouldn't buy fancy mascara--that drugstore is just as good. But dammit, this stuff is amazing!

The Alice Through the Looking Glass UD eye shadow palette. I am loving it so far!

Everything in the back was an 18-piece sample pack. Top left (going clockwise)- Essence "the glow must go on" highlighting palette, trio of Cargo liquid lipsticks, Bare Minerals The Wish List Palette, some random French lip balm/hand cream, and Run Boy Run palette by Makeup Revolution.

I also got a Sephora Wishes Do Come True palette, which is beautiful.
