The short story is they promised a bunch of orders to be delivered by 12/24 and they were not delivered on time.

From what I can tell, they were not ready for the volume of orders during their Sweet Peach launch on 12/14. Just from talking to other people who ordered during the launch, the first few hundred customers or so got their orders right away, and then everyone else got an order confirmation and heard nothing else from TF until like 12/22. TF is saying there was some sort of error in transmitting the orders to the warehouse. I ordered on 12/14 and got mine 12/24. They sent it overnight on the 23rd. I don't know at what point they figured it out but they were still promising Christmas delivery as late as like 12/20.

That's frustrating! It really annoys me when companies do that. I realize there are mistakes but there's also the just not paying attention....
