Anyone want to do a health and fitness support group? I would love to include physical health/fitness, nutrition, mental health and also how we are feeling overall.
Do you want to do daily or maybe just a check in on Fridays? If no one is interested I totally get it. Just let me know you opinions and suggestions. I know I could use some extra support right about now.

Ok we can do Friday check ins unless we decide we need more support. If you don't mind I'll do a Intro/plan post tomorrow. Maybe if we have enough of us we can do health and fitness buddies.
I mostly lurk on Water Cooler, but I would be in! I want to get healthy and lose at least 20lbs... 8 months after having DS and I'm gaining weight after my initial loss of 15lbs. Not good.
macmars45 I know the feeling, though my son is going to be 2 in Feb. I was back at my pre-pregnancy weight quickly (I had GD so with my diet I didn't gain at all in my last tri) but since then I've gained a lot back. I'm frustrated and need to get my weight back down!
My main issue is my fatigue. I've figured out my sleep is super restless so I want to work on better sleep. Which of course includes more movement, and will hopefully in turn help me have energy to work out more.
I think if we can keep up on a weekly thread I'd definitely be in!
I'm in! I have a good 5 lbs to lose, want to get back to running (although this isn't a priority until I am sleeping more), and have a tentative goal to run a 5k in 24 min and 10k in under 50 min by the end of 2017.
