What to get fast passes for?

We are going next week. Bought tickets yesterday, spending two days at Magic Kingdom one at Animal Kingdom and one at Hollywood studios.
First time taking the kids. They are 8, 6, and 2.

Don't plan on going on any roller coasters or doing meet the characters.

I just can't figure out what rides are worth getting a fast pass for...
