I know about MU but she's also very much on a budget. She's almost done with chemo and wants to try some makeup. BUT she normally isn't a fan. Her skin is quite good, and like me, really only wants cruelty free. Can you help me brainstorm some options for her ? We're going to ULTA tomorrow.
Eyebrows - almost gone and I know NOTHING in this category. What can you recommend high and low end ?
Sheer tinted moisturizer - something to give her a nice glow? Not something I would buy so what do you rec? I mean, if it even looks like foundation she won't like it. Sheer means sheer
Under eye concealer - was going to get her the corrector from NYX. Any other recs?
Blush, eyeshadow (thinking a champagne or something less makeup y) was going to see if BM has any holiday sets on clearance.
Mascara - her lashes are half gone. No idea where to go with this.
Lips - was going to get her IT lip vitality since it feels like chapstick and gives a nice pinky color that adjusts based on her lips.
I'm not that in the know about cruelty free brands but I know ELF falls in that category.
And they have a dupe for the It Cosmetics lip vitality called Perfect Pink. Might be a good brand to check out since it's not expensive and you said she's not usually a fan of makeup, so if she doesn't like it you're not more than a few dollars.
Peter Thomas Roth makes a product you can put on the lash line that helps them grow.
A good conditioning lash primer will help whatever lashes she has left. Butter london has a good one. They have a nice eyeshadows too with great pigments. The natural charm palette is a good one.

I think she'd like tarte bb cream. It's very light. Tarte doesn't test on animals, but I see there is controversy as to if they are really cruelty free.
For blush I'd recommend J Cat in Love Struck. Super cheap and it's a beautiful color that wears well.

Blush
Shop the NYX line, cruelty-free and inexpensive, overall awesome quality.
UD has a Naked BB that is super nice. IMO, IT's CC is more full coverage (I love it but I think your sister wouldn't).
ETA: and I see I totally missed the boat. So glad she liked everything.
