Here's my 17!
I really hope to get through these Hourglass palettes, I feel like after this year i'll have to throw them out. I've had them for a couple (maybe a few) Ugh!! Next time i'll get the larger palette with smaller pans.
I have told myself no more makeup until I get through some of mine. Now I will avoid all Ulta emails!

Can you share these? I'm worried about using up as much blush and shadow as I have on my list.

Sorry budding in, a great panning youtuber to start with is Amber F (beudmama). I believe she's the one that started the whole pan that palette with the N1 a few years ago now. But she has tons of videos now and tips on panning etc. One tip that's been working for me is picking out items seasonally. So I'm planning on panning my NARS Orgasm for example but I'm not going to start using it until summer because I know that's more of a summer look for me and it'll be easier to use everyday at that point.
Here are my items: 1. Physicians Formula Butter Bronzer 2. Estee Lauder Re-Nuvit Smoothing Powder 3. Laura Geller Spackle 4. Becca Souffle in Fig 5. Givenchy Lip and Cheek Balm 6. Roc Retinol Eye Cream 7. Sephora eyeliner 8. Marc Jacobs eyeliner 9. Benefit Hervana blush 10. Nyx Taupe blush 11. WnW Walking on Egg Shells 12. Benefit Shy Beam 13. Garnier BB Cream 14. Korres High Shine Cherry Gloss 15. It Cosmetics Je Ne Sais Quoi lipgloss 16. Makeup Revolution rose/pink palette 17. (somehow didn't make it in the pic) Clinique dark circle eraser
I put everything in a special little bucket on my counter to remind me to reach for it.

The biggest impacting ones for me were:
Don't add more than one (two for a longer project pan) item per category- one blush, one eye palette, etc.
Try to create a "look" with the products that way, you can use more products at once
For longer project pans, make sure you include products that you can wear throughout the time period
Some other helpful tips are finding multiple uses for products. Bronzers make great crease shades for the eyes, I've seen some using blushes the same way to tie a look together. Eyeshadows can be used for bronzer, blush, highlight, and brows etc. Layering lipsticks for different looks.
Okay, I've finally combed through my stash to find my 17 products. I really wanted to target things I've owned for over 18 months and have barely touched. With a few notable exceptions I will rebuy, they are:
Naked 2 Benefit Hervana blush Too Faced Candlelight powder Bobbi Brown Antigua blush Rouge Bunny Rouge Delicate Hummingbird eyeshadow single Houglass Luminous Flush blush Hourglass Mood Exposure blush Laura Mercier Courtisanne lipstick MAC Copperplate eyeshadow single Bobbi Brown Bronzed Heather lipgloss Benefit Dandelion lipgloss UD Stray Dog eyeliner UD Sabbath eyeliner UD Ether eyeliner UD Midnight Cowboy eyeliner Bobbi Brown Sandy Gold cream eyeshadow
