What do you plan to do this week to make better choices?
I need to find motivation to do yoga on my days off. On work days it's easy: Get up, do yoga, start work. But on non-work days I don't have that structure to get me moving.
Workout plans?
Continue my daily yoga.
Meal plans?
Nope.
How are you feeling mentally and/or spiritually?
Evening have been difficult, for some reason. The closer it gets to the end of the day, the harder it is for me to stay positive. Not about anything in particular, just in general.
What are going doing for YOU?
I'm spending my weekend reading. It feels so good to spend time doing something I want to do, without the stress of knowing that I should be working on something else.
Any words of encouragement for our other ladies?!

How much weight do you want to lose?
None.
Any losts or gains?
I've gained four pounds, which is a good thing.
How are you feeling overall?
I feel accomplished and hopeful, which scares me. I'm also waiting for the other shoe to drop.
Successes?
I posted a few of them in the last thread, but: I've kept up with my daily yoga challenge, I went out to lunch with some co-workers and actually ate, I drove 30 minutes (each way) to meet a friend for coffee, and I've been eating enough that I've managed to gain some weight.
Failures?
I've been ignoring the homework my therapist gave me at my last appointment. I have an appointment with her this week, so I need to change that ASAP.
What do you plan to do this week to make better choices? Well, I think my whole plan this week is to heal. My sinuses are BAD! Workout plans? Continue Push up Program and introduce squats. Meal plans? Just no eating out! How are you feeling mentally and/or spiritually? Well, I need to rest and heal, so for now. I can't focus on anything else. What are going doing for YOU? Same as above. Just rest and getting better! Any words of encouragement for our other ladies?! We got this, you are all strong and confident! How much weight do you want to lose? Just got weighed at the doctors office. 20 lbs would be great, I need a lot of toning. Any losts or gains? Same. No gains or loss. How are you feeling overall? Worn down from my sinuses, but still excited to have a great 2017. I can't wait to be healed. It really throws me off when I'm so sick. Successes? Water intake = great!! That I've continued my push up program even through sickness. Thankful one of my rest days was yesterday, I still have to do my push ups today! Failures? I didn't start yoga. But this is due to illness. I'll start next week with my classes!

I'm late to this! I don't have much of a plan for the rest of the week but I definitely got my steps in the last few days, haha. Taking tomorrow to rest (and probably shovel and do a little cleaning) but I want to talk to H and see what his plan is for job #2 so I can look into setting up time with a trainer. I haven't weighed myself in a while. I'm not sure if all the walking balanced out the not so healthy eating, haha. I should probably step on a scale again at some point...

Not let the beginning of the week define the end of the week. We were in Tampa for a football game and it was all beer, poor food choices, and no formal exercise (though I did walk 1000 miles). I'm home now, though. I can make better decisions the rest of the week.

I've already forgotten what I said last week...but this week my mind is on 5-10lbs.

I haven't weighed myself this week because I figured all the drinking and nachos would leave me feeling defeated!

I hit my goals last week for workouts, Starbucks runs, and meal planning! I also LOVE my new gym.
