All this extra walking is going to make my legs fall off! I don't know how you runners do 10 ten miles everyday on top of your normal activity. Last night we walked one J's friends home and my legs were dead by the time we came home. It going to take me forever to get used to walking all over this new work site.
Any ideas about how to make the transition easier? I'm exhausted and right now I'm just trying to power through.

Nobody's running 10 miles per day except for Olympians, lol. You will get used to it soon enough - make sure you're wearing good, supportive shoes to reduce the amount of fatigue you're causing your legs and feet.

Right now I'm running 4 miles ever other day. You'll build up to it, I promise. The first time I did a 4 miler my muscles were a bit sore afterwards because it was a mile more than I was used to. Now I'm used to 4.
I ran 5 miles on Monday and Tuesday, and will run 9 miles tomorrow for my long run. Haven't run at all besides that, and those numbers are only that high because it's 2 weeks until the half marathon. You'll eventually get used to the walking. I bet next week you won't even notice.

See, I knew it! You and Gnome missed your calling to be Olympians. (Or international sporting event participants. )
FTR- I'm used to the walking now, but I'm still not liking it. We are about to enter our rainy season and it's going to suck.
