I had to go to a funeral out of town this weekend. The forecast said temps in the 70's, so I packed running clothes for 70's. It was in the 30's and 40's.
Fri: Gave up after two miles because I was freezing Sat: Went to hotel "gym" waited 30 minutes for a treadmill, then gave up because I had to go to a family thing. Rest day. Sun: 60 minutes on the trainer because fuck this week. Mon: Will shoot for somewhere between 6-8 miles to make up for what I missed this weekend.

Fri - country dance workout video (I am laughably uncoordinated, but it made me sweat, and is kind to my back) Sat - rest (but lots of cleaning) Sun - 2 mile walk - no pain then, and no pain 5 hours later! I think I'm finally getting somewhere! ETA: Mon - 30 min on the stationary bike

Fri: Yoga in the am, 4 mile run after work Sat: 90 minute trainer ride + core workout Sun: 6 mile run The weather was sunny and glorius here. Cold but it's winter in Wisconsin.
I was at my dad's, and we had a lot to get done so I only got one workout in, and even then only a 45 minute ride on Fri. It was outdoors (in January!!) though, which was such a treat. Totally worth loading my bike and all my cycling crap in the car even for just one ride.
We drove back today, so tomorrow I will be back on the wagon.
Fri 60' spin Sat 60' weights class plus 2x 30' power yoga, split due to Small children climbing all over me and my mat Sun 60' yoga 50' shbam, brought my 2yr old DS to shbam and he sat quietly the whole time on a sofa just behind me, win! Mon not a holiday where i am, im doing 60' spin right now! Always summer where i live, we do have a dry/cooler season called cacimbo from May to Sept, highs could be as low as 70/75F compared to 90+F now during hot rainy season
Friday: rest day. We got snow and ice. Sat: I attempted 6 miles outside with the BOB, we made it 4. Too much snow in spots for running with the stroller. Sun: Another rest day to let snow melt a bit.
I'll attempt running my short run from yesterday today, hopefully the sidewalks are cleared enough for 3 miles! I miss my treadmill on weeks like this.

We've got some snow up the hill (not too far, like 15 minutes-ish). We were going to go snowshoeing, but decided last minute to just drive up and eat breakfast instead. LOL Glad we did, because the parking is some kind of awful at the snow parks. I guess when you've got 14 feet of snow to clear for car parking, you only can clear so many spaces. And when you've got 14 feet of snow, EVERYONE wants to get in on the action, so there aren't nearly enough spaces for the cars. Also, traffic was a mess, so again, glad we weren't in a hurry to get anywhere.
