Well, I'm up 2.5lbs this week. I'm hoping some of it's just water weight since my SIL served Mexican food at dinner last night and I had a bunch of chips. Who knows, though!
My goal is at least 3 trips to the gym since H will be out of town. Today will not be one of those days -- so clearly I'm starting off well. Ha!
I didn't do much last week, so I'm hoping to find the motivation to do better this week. My daily yoga challenge ended, and instead of going through it again I ended up taking a few days off. I also had to cancel my therapy appointment because I wrote down the wrong time and double booked myself.
I didn't get the walks I wanted to get in last week. Spent too much time at our other place working on the house. I'm hoping that with the milder weather this week I can get more walks in at night.
My water intake was better last week. So I'm happy about that.
Next Tuesday I am going to ask my OB about exercise restrictions I'll only be 5 weeks PP but I'm still going to ask. If I can start running again I will be so happy. (DH won't be as then we need to bring my treadmill to the ILs. I won't run outside as there is too much snow on the ground.)

Last week with my cold I really didn't do much as far as fitness. I'm hoping to start my workouts today. Except my treadmill is broken I'm going to try and fix it today. It's icy right now so this afternoon I may try to see if the park's running path is clear.
As far as nutrition, not that great either. It's a new week so I'm starting fresh.

We haven't gotten out as much as I would like thanks to sleep training. Even so I am continuing to lose weight and am now 1 lb away from my goal. Somehow I have a feeling I will just keep losing weight because I am not trying to and it keeps coming off at 2- 3 lbs/week. I am only 6 lbs away from my wedding weight, which is the lowest I have ever weighed.
We won't be getting out much this week again for the same reasons plus rain Thurs thru Sat. I am eager to have L sleeping better so I have time and energy to start running again.

this makes me hate you just a little
Sorry 😉 don't hate too much...i blame it all on L wanting to eat all day and night. Besides, I had much more muscle mass when I got married so it's definitely not the same.
Well..... I was out all of last week to a bad sinus infection... So eating and exercising were horrid! My antibiotics end on Thursday morning, then we head to St. Louis for some fun so this week is kinda shot ... at least I can always start over.
I'll use the gym once or twice at the hotel. And then enthusiastically start my workouts next week!
So, cardio is the worst thing ever. I'm 17 minutes into my 30 minutes on the recumbent bike, and it suuuuuuuuucks. I thought this was a good amount of time to start with, but now I'm thinking I may have underestimated my inability to do cardio. LOL.
I've lost 4 lbs since I became aware of my uptick in weight in Nov. Last week DS and H were sick so I didn't get out and walk as much as I wanted to. This week it's supposed to pour rain everyday so walking might not work. I've kept to my 9 cups of water a day almost every day. I ate the last of the chocolate in the house (my weakness) so now there's nothing to tempt me.
