I didn't do as well as I wanted to, but I still think I did okay.
I think that 30 minutes on the recumbent bike is too much for me to start with. 20 minutes feels much more reasonable, while still being a challenge. Also, I took way too long of a break from archery, because I had to reduce the weight I'm pulling back. I ended up shooting around 60 arrows yesterday, and my goal is to start shooting at least 30 a day (with one rest day per week). My goal is to pull back at least 40 lbs, and right now I'm at 20 lbs.
suzv - I'm not going to lie, one of the things I love about archery is that I feel soooooo cool while I'm doing it.
I have a really hard time with the soda, too. I've told myself that I will only have sips of H's drinks and never have my own, but I needed caffeine this morning and ended up drinking an entire Pepsi. Not a great way to start the week.
Would it help you to have an accountability partner? If so, I'll do the 7 minute workout with you!

suzv - Did the OB check your abs at your 6 week appointment? I kept thinking I had NO core strength after having R and couldn't figure out why. Turns out I had a pretty bad abdominal separation. I shouldn't have jumped straight back into the planks and sit ups because I was making it worse!
katespade- Ease into the biking! You don't want to hate it right off the bat.
Last week was kind of a bust because I had several migraines and H was out of town. This week my goal is 4 workouts. I also want to get to Fresh Market today to get some meat for dinners.

katespade creeper alert but looking at Facebook and instagram your kicking ass! You go girl! As far as soda, I drink seltzer water. It has the texture of soda but it's flavored water.
wanderingenough ugh migraines are the worst! I always get them when I am pmsing and when I have my period. It sucks!
suzv don't give up on the seven minute workout. I used to do it at work, what I could. As I got stronger I did better. It's one step at a time. Don't feel bad about yourself! You're beautiful woman!
I'm working on just getting up and doing SOMETHING when the baby is napping. Fold clothes, clean, just anything to be moving. I feel like I've been sitting way too much.
While I want to loose the weight (still up 20 lbs from pregnancy and was overweight to begin with) I have to be strick with my eating to keep my supply up. I've been tinkering with that to cut out the bad stuff but still take in enough calories and dairy.
I also need to be putting down my phone more. I spend too much time on it when I'm with the girls. Plus it would be better for my mental health.
Huge AW but yesterday even with being 20 pounds up I fit into my pre-pg jeans! It felt awesome
Late to the party BUT I am able to pull my belt a notch tighter as of Wednesday! <)
I've been really trying to rein in the size portions and cut out snacking. My entire pregnancy my OB was trying to get me to eat more/gain more weight and that was a hard thing to quit doing even way after DS was born (he's 9 months today).
My training plan for the weak is toast. I can still do cardio, but I'm going to need another few days before I do any upper body stuff, like yoga or archery (and let's be honest, those are what motivate me to actually do my workouts).
